Ihre Kunden erhalten eine stark integrierte Anlage, die hinsichtlich Funktionen, Produktion, Kapazit\u00e4t, Ertrag und Personalressourcen vollkommen optimiert ist.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1447165655386{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1398&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Hersteller von Bauelementen<\/h3>\n<p>Diese Opti-Solution ist ein Materialf\u00f6rdersystem mit vier Beschickungssystemen des Typs Opti-Feed 6000, die Rohstoffe in\u00a0vier verschiedenen Qualit\u00e4tsstufen an zwei Hochfrequenz pressen f\u00f6rdern.\u00a0Nach dem Laminieren werden die Balken in einem Puffersystem getrennt und automatisch an zwei Fehlermarkierungsund\u00a0Reparaturstationen weitergeleitet.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Bedarf k\u00f6nnen die Balken auch von zwei Bedienern per Hand instand gesetzt\u00a0werden.
